ASPARAGUS CREAM-SOUP WITH NOODLES

asparagus 400 g
oat or soy milk 500 ml
potato 1 pc
small noodles or pasta 2 tbsp
ground cumin 0.5 tsp
ground nutmeg pinch
ground pepper and salt to taste

Wash the asparagus, cut off the hard ends and chop. Peel and dice the potatoes. In a saucepan combine vegetables, spices, milk and salt. Bring to a boil, cook over medium heat under a closed lid for 15 minutes. Then blende it with blender. Add the noodles, bring the soup to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
