chia seeds 3 tbsp
soy milk 1 cup
sweetener to taste (if milk is not sweet)
apple 1 pc
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
ground clove pinch
dried ground ginger 0.5 tsp

Mix chia mix with milk and a sweetener and leave for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator. Cut the apple into small cubes and simmer for 5 minutes in a saucepan with spices (add 2-3 tablespoons of water). Put the ready-made pudding into cups, put apples on top.
