COOKIES WITH TWO TYPE OF CHOCOLATE

30 g of dark chocolate
30 g white chocolate
40 g prunes
130 g buckwheat flour
95 g sugar
0.5 tsp soda
1 tsp vinegar
4 tbsp drinking water
45 ml melted coconut oil

Cut prunes and chocolate into small cubes. Combine all dry ingredients. Add chocolate and prunes. Add oil, vinegar and water to the dry mixture. The dough should be like sticky sand, but should not stick to your hands. If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Form balls from the dough and place on a baking sheet, flattening it slightly with your hand. If the cookies cracked slightly around the edges, this is normal.
Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180C for 10-12 minutes. Cookies need to be completely cooled and only then put on a plate.
