GLAZED CARROT WITH ORANGE AND GINGER

RECIPES

(2-3 servings)

carrots 6 medium
zest of one orange
fresh, finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
garlic or asafoetida to taste
dried oregano 3 tsp
dried basil 2 tsp
vegetable oil 4 tbsp
balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
salt

Peel the carrots and cut into fairly thin strips. Mix spices with zest, vinegar and oil. Put the carrots on a baking sheet. Grease with prepared sauce. Add salt to taste. Bake at 200C for 25-30 minutes.
