Mix flour with sugar, salt and yeast. Add warm water (about 60°C), mix, add oil and mix the dough well. If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour and mix again. Allow to stand in a warm place under a towel for at least 1 hour. Then put the dough on a baking sheet, form focaccia (1 cm high). Cover with a towel and let stand in a warm place for another 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with basil on top, put the sliced ​​tomatoes and olives. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
