NOODLES WITH TOFU AND VEGETABLES

RECIPES

noodles 100 g
tofu 150 g
bell pepper 1 pc
zucchini 100 g
carrots 120 g
chopped ginger 1 tbsp
curry powder 2 tsp
sesame seeds 2 tbsp
soy sauce 4 tbsp
garlic or asafoetida to taste

Boil noodles in salted water. Cut tofu, carrots and paprika in strips, zucchini in half rings. Preheat a pan with a thick bottom. Add cooking oil, spices and ginger. Fry 1 minute. Add vegetables and sesame seeds. Fry 5 minutes. Add noodles and soy sauce, mix and cook 2 minutes.
