TOFU SCRAMBLE

soft (silken) tofu 1 pack (370 gr)
vegetable milk or water 50 ml
rice flour 3 tbsp
mushrooms 2 pc
peas 0.5 cup
cherry tomatoes 4-6 pcs
vegan sausages or sausage to taste
vegan cheese to taste
dried basil 1 tsp
turmeric, black pepper, salt to taste

Beat tofu, flour, milk, spices and salt in a blender. Cut mushrooms. Add peas, chopped sausages, tomatoes. Stir and put in a form, add on topĀ grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
