rhubarb 200 g
wheat flour 150 g
milk 150 ml
brown or coconut sugar 70 g
ground almonds  50 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 0.5 tsp

Mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the liquid. Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Add liquid to the dry mixture, mix. Add rhubarb, mix and shift into shape. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
