CAKE WITH RHUBARB

RECIPES

rhubarb 300 g
wheat flour 200 g
almond flour 60 g
sugar (I used coconut) 140 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
water 90 ml
apple vinegar 2 tsp
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp

Dice the rhubarb. Mix dry ingredients, mix wet in another bowl. Put together, mix. Transfer to a baking dish, put chopped rhubarb on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C.
