PUMPKIN AND APPLE CREAM SOUP

pumpkin 600 g
paprika 70 g
apple 50 g
cream (I used oatmeal) 30 ml
water 50-70 ml
oregano 1 tsp
nutmeg pinch
white pepper pinch
salt to taste

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the paprika, cut off 70 g. Peel the apple and cut off 50 g. Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with spices and bake at 200C until the pumpkin is ready. Transfer to a blender, add cream, water and salt. Beat, pour into a pan and bring to a boil.
