wheat flour (gluten-free also possible) 45 g
almond flour 60 g
brown sugar 50 g
plant based milk 100 ml
melted coconut oil 20 ml
starch 30 g
lemon peel 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
baking powder 1.5 tsp

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet in another bowl. Combine, mix and let chill for 20 minutes. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the form with oil. Spoon 1 generous Tablespoon of batter into the center of each scalloped well. Bake on 190C for 20 min. Cool and then remove from the mold.
