CHOCOLATE APRICOT PUDDING

100 g cooked red or brown beans
100 g almond flour
60 g sugar
15 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground flax
160 ml of vegetable milk
4 apricots or 1 peach

Mix all dry ingredients, apricots or peach into large cubes. Mash the beans well (it is better to use a blender for this). Mix dry ingredients with milk and beans. Add fruit and mix. Put in moldsĀ (diameter of 8-12 cm) and leaveĀ for 15-20 minutes. Then bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
