sweet potato 260 g
canned corn 70 g
starch 2 tbsp
fresh greens to taste (I have cilantro, basil and thyme)
olive oil 1 tablespoon
salt and ground pepper to taste

Grate the sweet potatoes, finely chop the greens. If you use ordinary potatoes, then after grating it, you need to squeeze it well. Mix all ingredients and immediately spoon onto a baking sheet (approx. 1.5 cm high). Bake at 190C for 20 minutes and then at 220C for 10 minutes.
