HUMUS WITH BASIL

RECIPES

canned or boiled chickpeas 240 g
basil 1 bunch (6-7 branches)
olive oil 4 tablespoons
tahini 2 tbsp
ground paprika 1 tsp
ground coriander 2 tsp
lemon juice 0.5 tsp
chickpea water 2 tbsp
salt, white pepper, garlic to taste

Tear off the leaves from the basil. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and beat in a puree.
