TOFU BALLS WITH MUSHROOMS

RECIPES

(8-12 pcs)

firm tofu 200 g
champignons or chanterelles 100 g
thyme 1 tsp
turmeric for color (pinch)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
ground white pepper and salt to taste

Beat the tofu with a blender until smooth. Wash the mushrooms, chop finely and simmer with oil and spices for 5-8 minutes. Then add to the tofu, salt, stir and form into balls. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
