COOKIES WITH ROSEMARY

RECIPES

whole grain flour 1 cup (if using regular, then +2 tbsp.)
olive oil 60 ml
water 40 ml
baking powder 1 tsp
rosemary 1 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
dried garlic or asafoetida to taste
ground pepper to taste
grated parmesan (optional)

Mix dry ingredients, add oil and water. Knead in the dough. Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out the dough 0.5-0.8 mm thick, cut out circles (I used a glass). Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet (I covered with baking paper). Sprinkle with grated cheese or garnish with herbs. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
