oat flour 70 g
rice flour 40 g
sugar 60 g
cocoa 30 g
water 230 ml
vegetable oil 80 ml
bitter chocolate 60-70% 80 g

Mix dry ingredients. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add water, oil to the dry mixture and mix. Add melted chocolate and stir. The dough turns out to be liquid! This is normal. Therefore, it is so important to choose the shape according to the size. I recommend using a 22x10 rectangular or 15x15 square. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely and only then cut. Best kept refrigerated (up to 5 days).
