BEET BROWNIE

bitter chocolate 200 g
vegetable oil 80 ml
sugar 170 g
cocoa 20 g
boiled beets 100 g
water 200 ml
wheat flour 140 g
baking powder 1 tsp
a pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, grate the beets on a very fine grater or beat with a blender. Mix dry ingredients. Add beets, butter, water and melted chocolate to them. Knead everything well. Put in a mold and bake at 160C for 45 minutes.
