BEAN BROWNIE (gluten free)


(22 cmX10 cm)
240 g cooked beans (red or brown)
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp. l. water
40 g cocoa powder
45 g coconut oil
120 g brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
50 g dark chocolate

Whisk the beans into puree. Add sugar, baking powder, melted coconut oil. Stir. Mix ground flaxseed with water. Add soaked flax, chopped chocolate and sifted cocoa to the dough. Knead the dough (it should be thick but smooth, so you may need to add 2-3 tablespoons of water or milk). Place in a baking dish and bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Cool completely and only then remove from the mold and cut.
