CRAMBLE WITH PEAR AND BLACK CURRANT

pear 2 pcs.
banana 1 pc.
black currant 6 tbsp
starch or rice flour 1 tbsp
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
coconut oil 60 g
powdered sugar 60 g
oatsĀ 50 g
wheat flour or gluten-freeĀ flour 60 g

Cut the pear into large cubes (I do not peel the skin so that the filling is not mushy), bananas in half rings. Combine fruits, berries and starch. Place the filling in a portioned pan or in a baking dish. Combine sugar, flour, oats in a bowl, add oil. Stir with your hands or a fork to make a crumb. Spread the crumbs over the filling and bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
