CORN CREAM SOUP

canned corn 350 g
potatoes 200 g
coconut milk or cream 250 ml
water 150 ml
thyme 2 tsp
ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and dice the potatoes. Pour in water and boil until tender. Add all other ingredients and season with salt. Stir, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then beat in a blander.
