CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE

RECIPES

(round form 18 cm)
wheat flour 200 g
sugar 100-150 g
water or orange juice 150 ml
starch 20 g
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
vegetable oil 50 ml
lemon juice 1 tsp
zest of 1 orange
bitter chocolate 100 g

Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients and zest, add to dry mixture. Knead the dough, shift the mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
