firm tofu 400 g
pepper 2 pcs
starch 6 tbsp
tomato paste 4 tbsp + 0.5 cups water
soy sauce 2 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
chili to taste
garlic to taste
salt to taste
sugar to taste
vegetable oil for deep frying

Tofu and pepper cut into large pieces. Moisten tofu with water and roll in starch on all sides. heat oil in a pan. deep-fry tofu for 5 min. put on a plate. fry the paprika for 5 min, put on a plate. add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot, fry the spices for 1 minute. add tomato paste, water, soy sauce, salt and sugar. simmer for 1 minute. add tofu and pepper. stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
