300 g potatoes
200-250 ml cream (I have oat, coconut will not work)
25 g capers or 60 g pitted green olives
bread crumbs 2 tbsp
ground pepper, nutmeg to taste
Peel potatoes, cut into thin cubes. Put on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake at 200C for 20 minutes. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with oil. Transfer potatoes, capers (or olives), season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and stir. Pour in the cream. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, bake at 200C for 35-45 minutes. The potatoes should be soft and browned well.
