wheat flour 135 g
warm water 80 ml
dry yeast 2 g
sugar 5 g
salt 2 g
olive oil 15 ml

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a bowl combine flour, salt, sugar. Add dissolved yeast and oil. Knead the dough well (until it stops sticking to your hands and bowl). Cover with a towel in a bowl and place in a warm place for 1 hour. Then put the dough on a baking sheet (cover with baking paper) and pull out with your hands, forming a round thin pizza. Add sauce and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 250C at the down level of the oven.
