TOMATO CREAM SOUP

RECIPES

fresh tomatoes 500 g
thick coconut milk 300 g
dried basil 2 tsp
ground paprika 1 tsp
dried cilantro 1 tsp
garlic or asafoetida to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Beat in cream soup.
