CRAMBLE WITH RED CURRANT

RECIPES

red currant 120 g
bananas 80 g
oatmeal 4 tablespoons
almond flour (or finely ground almonds) 4 tablespoons
vegetable or coconut oil 2 tablespoons
thyme 1 tsp
orange peel 1 tsp
sweetener to taste

Cut the bananas into large rings, mix with the currants. I used frozen and did not defreez it. Transfer to a baking dish. Mix all other ingredients into crumbs and place on top. Bake at 180C for 35 minutes.
