BASIC BEAN BURGER

canned red beans 240 g
walnuts 80 g
flour 40 g
mayonnaise 1 tbsp
nutmeg 1 g
salt and pepper to taste

Rinse beans under water. Grind the nuts into crumbs (I use a blender). Fry the spices in oil for 10-15 seconds. Mash the beans into a paste with a blender. Add salt, spices, nuts and stir. Add mayonnaise, flour and stir. Form 4 balls and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Flatten the formed ball into a burgers and fry on both sides in a pan with a lot of oil.
