cauliflower 400 g
marinade: soy sauce 2 tbsp
agave syrup 0.5 tbsp
vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
ground cumin 0.5 tsp
smoked paprika 1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
chickpea or oat flour 60 g
nutritional yeast 3 tbsp
paprika 1 tsp
smoked paprika 1 tsp

Mix ingredients for marinade. Combine the breading ingredients in a flat plate. Boil the cabbage in boiling water until half cooked and then cut into thick, flat pieces 4 cm thick. Dip each piece in the marinade on both sides, and then roll in breadcrumbs. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 200C for 30 minutes. Turn each scythe and bake for another 20 minutes.
