plain yogurt 120 g milk
110 ml agave syrup
80 ml vegetable oil
65 ml rice flour
60 g almond flour
85 g buckwheat flour
25 g starch
30 g brown sugar
baking powder 1 tsp
chocolate 50-60% 100 g
orange peel 1 tsp

Combine all dry ingredients. Add syrup, milk, oil and yogurt. Mix well. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Preheat the oven to 180C. Divide the dough in two. Add zest to one part, mix. Add melted chocolate to the second part, stir. Put a part of the white dough in the center of the dish with a tablespoon, then put a part of the dark dough in the center with a spoon. Then pour a couple of spoons of white dough into the center of the dark "puddle", then a couple of spoons of brown dough into the center of the white dough. Repeat the manipulation until you pour everything out. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Cool completely and then remove from the mold.
