PUMPKIN AND BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP

peeled pumpkin 500 g
broccoli 300 g
coconut milk 240 ml
cheddar or yeast flakes 2 tbsp
turmeric pinch
ground paprika 1 tsp
thyme 2 tsp

Cut pumpkin into cubes, cabbage into inflorescences. Pour in water, bring to a boil and boil until tender. Drain the water into a mug. Pour boiled vegetables with milk, add spices, salt, cheese or flakes and beat in mashed potatoes. Adjust the density with a decoction of vegetables. Bring the whipped soup to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
